9-Day Ayahuasca Retreat

May 30 – June 7, 2026

About the Retreat

Something in you already knows it’s time.

Time to listen more deeply.
Time to stop circling the same patterns.
Time to create real change, not just insight, but integration that lasts.

At Reverie, we offer grounded self-development experiences supported by ayahuasca, set in the beauty of the Peruvian Andes. This is not an escape from life, but a return to what truly matters. Our approach is intentional, practical, and deeply human - designed to support transformation you can carry back into your everyday world.

The 9-day retreat includes three night ceremonies and one day ceremony. The day ceremony is a very special experience that allows for a deep connection with yourself and nature, supporting insight and integration on a different level. Groups are small, with 10-12 participants, so you are not one among many. You are seen, supported, and held throughout the journey. Our facilitators combine ancestral plant-medicine wisdom with modern, trauma-informed practices, helping you move through the experience with clarity, safety, and purpose. Music gently guides the experience through carefully curated playlists featuring songs from all around the world.

Peru’s Sacred Valley is a place that naturally invites stillness and reconnection. Here, time passes slower and nature holds you. Each participant rests in their own private suite, giving you the space to integrate, reflect, and honor what is unfolding within you.

This experience is for those who are ready. Not for a momentary breakthrough, but for meaningful, lasting change. The work does not end when the ceremony closes. It begins there. That is why every guest leaves with a private 1-on-1 session with our psychotherapist. A dedicated space to make sense of what arose and begin weaving it into real life.

Our Approach

How the
Experience Unfolds

Before the retreat

The Preparation

BEFORE THE RETREAT

Before the retreat, participants are supported through structured touchpoints designed to clarify questions, align expectations, and address practical or emotional concerns.

This includes a 1on1 call with a therapist to assess the fit between you and what we offer; and written resources that help participants understand the process and their role within it. The intention is not to prepare answers, but to help people arrive informed, grounded, and resourced.

The Experience

DURING THE RETREAT

A trauma-informed, structured rhythm that balances ceremony, preparation, embodiment, and integration. So you can stay grounded while the process unfolds.

Ceremonies

Ceremonies
Our Ceremonies

3 night ceremonies are held every other day throughout the retreat, with an additional day ceremony on day 8. Each ceremony takes place in a structured and trauma-informed container, guided by an experienced team.

Our ceremonies are intimate - with a maximum of 12 participants and 1 facilitator for every 4 participants, we make sure that your needs during the ceremony are well supported.

A carefully curated playlist with songs from all around the world is used to support the inner process, without expectations or pressure to experience anything in a particular way.

The day ceremony, included only in 9 day retreats, is a very special experience - the most profound for many. You will enjoy the plant medicine in the beautiful garden of our retreat, surrounded by the Peruvian mountains, to deepen your connection with nature.

For the safety and comfort of all participants, we do not incorporate tobacco or any other substances other than ayahuasca into the ceremonies.

Preparation Workshops

Nutrition

These spaces provide context and gentle frameworks that help participants arrive with more clarity, steadiness, and trust in their own process.

Childhood Regression

This workshop offers a space to recognize where emotional patterns began. By understanding early experiences with more clarity, it becomes possible to soften long held reactions and bring compassion to parts of the self that have carried weight for a long time.

Beyond Trauma

Beyond Trauma helps connect the dots between past experiences and present life. It offers insight into how patterns were formed, why they persist, and how they quietly shape relationships, choices, and emotional responses.

The Creator Dynamic

This workshop introduces a shift from understanding to agency. It supports recognizing where choice exists now, even when it did not before. The focus is on responsibility without blame, and on discovering new ways of responding that feel more aligned and empowering.

Shadow Work

Shadow Work invites a different relationship with parts of the self that are hidden, silenced, or judged. By bringing awareness to what was pushed aside, this workshop supports greater wholeness, authenticity, and inner coherence.

Somatic Release

Somatic Release centers the body as a source of stability and intelligence. It offers ways to work with stress, tension, and emotional activation as they arise, both during ceremony and in daily life, supporting regulation rather than overwhelm.

Embodiment Practices

Nutrition

Practices offered on ceremony days support physical grounding and nervous system regulation, preparing the body for the day and the ceremony ahead.

Yoga Sessions

Morning yoga sessions are held on ceremony days. These beginner-friendly practices support physical grounding and nervous system regulation, preparing the body for the day and the ceremony ahead. With your consent, a gentle supporting touch might be offered during the sessions. Breathwork and a short meditation might complement the class.

Massages (for additional fee)

Massage sessions are available on ceremony days prior to the night ceremonies. These sessions support physical relaxation and regulation. Massages are optional and arranged separately with the practitioners.

Sound Healing

An acoustic session to settle the nervous system and support deep rest.

Group Embodiment Practices

Gentle movement and somatic practice to reconnect with the body and release tension.

Integration Practices

Nutrition

These spaces support reflection, digestion of experience, and the gradual translation of insights into daily life. The focus is not on interpretation, but on allowing meaning to emerge in a grounded and sustainable way.

Group Sharing Circles

Facilitated group circles offer a space for reflection and connection. Sharing is always optional. Listening is held with the same care as speaking, allowing experiences to be witnessed without advice, analysis, or comparison.

Art & Reflection Sessions

These sessions offer a non verbal way to process what has been experienced. Through creative expression, participants can explore and integrate insights without the need to explain or put everything into words.

Nutrition

Nourishing Food

Throughout the retreat, 3 meals per day are included (with the exception of ceremony days, when fasting begins after lunch to prepare the body and mind for the experience). Our diet is delicious, ayahuasca friendly and prepared from local ingredients.

The Integration

AFTER THE RETREAT

Integration is a vital part of the retreat experience. To help you return safely to your daily life and fully incorporate the insights gained, every guest receives a private session with our psychotherapist, along with a comprehensive integration guide. We also ensure you can stay connected with the community you built during the retreat, offering ongoing support as you continue to grow together.

A container that felt incredibly safe.

This retreat helped me process deep grief, become more aware of patterns in my life, and gain closure on past traumas. The environment, the people, and the structure created a container that felt incredibly safe, loving, and transformative.

More than just an ayahuasca retreat.

It provides groundwork for practical and theoretical psychology which is perfect for guidance for self-understanding and change. For me such retreat has been life changing. I am living more fulfilling life, am more open to feedback and most importantly I am taking responsibility for what is happening to me.

Exceeded all expectations.

As my first experience with this type of retreat, it exceeded all expectations. I found myself in a circle of wonderful, mature people, where an authentic and supportive atmosphere naturally formed. What I appreciated most was the absolute freedom to be myself - to express my feelings openly and share them without any fear of judgment.
